Why Nashville first
I’m an engineer, and Nashville is home. Two of my early conversations were with local businesses: a four-store natural grocer and a regional brewery. Neither has turned into a build. The grocer’s finance lead had already built Claude projects and a reporting pipeline. What was missing was staff using them. At the brewery, one project that came up was making expense reconciliation less manual. The grocer had flagged the same kind of hand work with vendor credits.
How I work here
I’d start in person when it helps. Walking the back office with the person who does the work tells me more than a call. After that, most of the work can run remote.
