Ask-Once

Give the instructions once. Your team asks the assistant after that.

Who it's for: Owners and managers who answer the same questions every week and have watched good tools go unused.

The problem

The owner answers the same questions every week, and the tools built to help sit unused.

What I build

  • Interviews with the owner or manager to get the real answers out of their head, including the judgment calls.
  • A curated knowledge base built from those interviews plus your existing policies, price lists and procedures.
  • An assistant with a simple chat window, or a configured Claude or ChatGPT workspace if you already pay for one.

What you have in 30 days

  • A working assistant your staff can open from a phone or the back-office computer.
  • Onboarding for the team, done in person where I can.
  • A 30-day adoption check: who's using it, what they ask, and what it got wrong.

Fixed price, set in the Walkthrough.

One workflow, acceptance criteria written down first. What sets the price

Questions

Why one assistant instead of a few dashboards?
Because people use the thing they can ask a question. I've seen small businesses build good reports that nobody opened. One assistant your team actually asks beats five tools they ignore.
What happens when the assistant doesn't know?
It says so and points to the person who does. Those gaps go back into the knowledge base, so the same question gets answered next time.
Does our data leave the business?
It goes to the model provider we pick together. I'll only use a plan whose terms don't allow training on your data, and I'll walk you through what's stored where before we start.

Not sure this is the one?

A 30-minute call sorts that out. If it's worth a closer look, the Walkthrough is the next step.
